Planning professional with more than 30 years of experience across oil and gas, offshore wind, process industry and manufacturing. My background spans hands-on fabrication, production management and senior planning roles, with responsibility from early studies through construction, mechanical completion and commissioning.
I bring structure to complex projects by connecting discipline schedules with the work that needs to happen on site. My focus is on clear priorities, realistic sequencing and coordination between teams, with time, cost and risk considered together. I also improve planning methods and help teams put new systems into everyday use.
Extensive experience with Primavera P6, Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran Project, Safran Planner, Microsoft Project, SAP and ProCoSys.

Offshore Coordination Manager
DolWin 2 offshore wind platform. Planned and coordinated all offshore work, checking that materials, tools, qualified personnel, permits and certificates were in place before execution. Oversaw work preparation to support the offshore schedule.
Completion Planner
DolWin 2 offshore wind platform at Aibel’s Haugesund yard. Planned completion activities during the final yard phase before sail-away and offshore installation.
Senior Project Planner
Statoil MMO contract. Planned living quarters upgrades on Statfjord A, B and C and the Draupner platform. Worked across multiple projects from study to completion, using SAP and ProCoSys.
Senior Planning and QA Coordinator
Managed facilities and coordinated interfaces for maintenance, construction and building extensions, including production and test facilities. Helped implement Safran Planner to replace Microsoft Project and establish best practice within the planning department.
Production Manager
Managed the production and test department and introduced Lean Production principles. From April 2008 to April 2010, also established and maintained project schedules covering engineering, procurement, installation and delivery. Responsible for implementing Microsoft Project Server and Safran Project.
Project Area Lead and Project Manager
Greater Ekofisk Modifications for ConocoPhillips. Managed flowline projects on Ekofisk K, B and A, together with minor maintenance jobs (PMO). Led a 13-person multidisciplinary team covering piping, stress analysis, structural work and instrumentation, and established prefabrication and installation plans for assigned PMO jobs.
Senior Project Planning Department Lead
Greater Ekofisk Modifications for ConocoPhillips. Led the project planning group for prefabrication and installation of flowlines and gas lines at wellheads. Established and maintained planning procedures and the project coding structure, with responsibility for weekly schedule updates and progress and time reporting.
Project Planner
Ormen Lange MIC project for Norsk Hydro. Responsible for multidisciplinary planning of the main pipe racks, representing approximately 100,000 work-hours. Established activities for prefabrication and assembly by subcontractors in Belgium and installation at Nyhamna, Norway.
